Am I permitted to redistribute zoom on CD's with a prebuilt index and associated java script if I have purchased a professional license?

Yes. The generated index files and script files can be freely distributed with the condition that the script file contains our comments at the top (with the copyright notice).

The licensed indexer application should not be distributed however.
