Highlighting the keywords from search in text

I have downloaded the Zoom software and so far am very impressed. I would like to see how the keywords are highlighted, but so far when I click on the highlighted document, there are no highlights. How can I do this?

You can highlight the searched for word in the search results. You can see this is action on our site, here

Highlighting the word in the document itself is more tricky. We don't have any facility to do highlighting in PDF or Word docs. But we _can_ do it for HTML docs. The details of how to do this are here,
