Hi, Just bought the zoom search engine excellent product. However for the purposes of my website i need the search engine to display all the results with images first in particular jpeg. I want to index products on sale through out website.

I can get it to work as long as you type the product name followed by jpeg. How can i get it to do this automatically without having to type jpeg after word?

is it possible to create a radio button that forces to index images first?

Regards
Claudio

If you want to improve the rankings of particaular HTML pages, then you can use the Zoom page boost meta tag.

For example,
<meta name="ZOOMPAGEBOOST" content="5">

How can I add a radio button similar to <input type="radio" name="zoom_and" value="1" /> but for images (jpeg)

I presume i would need to edit the search script search.php.

What I would like to do is to give the option to search images first.
example:

<input type="text" name="zoom_query" size="20" /> on this box people could type "vase" then they would click on radio button for images (jpeg), so the search would look for vase images.

hope that made sense.

thanks

You can allow people to search for just images on your site by using the categories feature and making a category for JPG files.

See the Zoom Users Guide (http://www.wrensoft.com/ftp/zoom.pdf) for more details about categories.
