Is there a way to make the category name that appears in the search results, [category name], a link to the actual category instead of just being displayed?

Also, is there a way to change the list all in a category variable "**" to something else like "All"?

At the moment there is no efficient way to dump out all the documents in a single category. The ** method is a work around solution and is rather inefficient.
