How can I give my money to Wrensoft?

Hello.
Is there anyone that can help me, please.
I purchased the Zoom search engine - Standard version. I thought it would be ok because it said 100 pages but it ran out of juice after 100 images small thumbnails on one page.
Wrensoft say that to upgrade from V5.1 Standard to V5.1 Pro, it's $55 and to contact them. However, I clicked on their "Zoom" email address and it was returned as undeliverable. I've since clicked on 2 of their email addresses (the last one being Sales) and I cannot get a reply to my email to them asking how I can upgrade.
I see that the forum is still going - but have Wrensoft closed down?
Would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.

We are not aware of any problems with our E-mail system and had about 30 E-mails arrive during the night (it is thursday morning here). Most of which we have now been answered.

We sent some test E-mails to ourselves, but didn't see any problem.

Could you please post the bounce mesage that you get so that we can see if the problem is on our side or if it was some general internet problem last night.

I also checked the status of our server, it case it crashed during the night. But it seems OK, it has been up for 295 days.
