make ZOOM Search for urls

hi all

anyone know how to set the zoom search enterprise edition to search by its self ?? like www.sdmsearch.co.uk/robot.txt then index the site then move on to some more site to index ( Not Using Spider Mode ) or go out to the internet and search for url on it own ??

so it's a none stop index making it index for 24hrs 7 days a week
or would Wrensoft have any software that can do this and then save the Url list to a txt file for Spider Mode than i can index more

Sounds like you want to index the Internet and replace Google (http://www.wrensoft.com/forum/showthread.php?t=690). Which is doomed to failure, unless you have a spare $100M.

I am not how how Zoom might index sites on the web without using a spider.

We did have an old tool to havest URLs from Google and Yahoo but we never tested it very well and never made it public. And it probably doesn't work anymore in any case.

If you have a popular public search engine, then people should submit URLs to your engine.
