seperating searches?

I just got the Pro version and am working on a website. I haven't had a chance to play around with this yet and thought I'd get a jump on some info. Is it possible to seperate searches within a website. For example: To create a search for titles in a specific section of the site and then another search that will search only the products within the sites store? Neither one searching the entire website but searching specific pages within it's given section. two different search boxes for two different search criterea. I hope someone can understand what I'm attempting to get at here :?:

You can create multiple sets of index files and multiple search functions. You can restrict each set of index files using a combination of start points and skip files.
