Configurable description length ?

In the feature comparisons table, what is meant by "Configurable description length"?

On the limits tab in the Zoom configuration window, one the options that can be configured is the description length.

The description refers to the maximum length of the meta page description. See the red callout on this page (http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/support/css.html) called 'description'.
