Hi all.

I'm trying to get ZOOM working on a new site for a company that has products with names like "L Series" and "S Class". The trouble is that searching for "L Series" turns up NOTHING. If you search for just "series" it gets every page with the word "series" in it, but "L Series" returns nothing. Is there some way that I can easily make the indexer index certain phrases containing spaces?

Thanks

Yes, make sure to enable exact phrase searches from the "Search Page" tab of the Configuration window. This allows you to search for an exact phrase when the search words are enclosed in double quotation marks.

Also, since the first word of your phrase is a single letter, make sure you go to the "Skip Options" tab and change the setting for "Skip words less than x characters" to 1. Otherwise you may be getting "this word has been skipped" messages when doing a search.

If you continue to have problems, let us know what messages you see when performing a search (eg. "this word has been skipped... no results"), or a URL to the search page in question if it is available online.

Cool. That seemed to work.
Thanks.
