It means whatever program you were running crashed becuase it accessed some memory (at address 0x0682000C) that it shouldn't have. The most common cause is a software bug. If it was our software that crashes, then it might be a known bug we have already fixed or something new.

But you didn't provide enough details for us to investigate. What O/S are you using? Does this happen all the time? What version of Zoom are you using? Was this crash during indexing or during searching with the CGI?

no. but sometimes i have to run searchzoom 3-4x in order to index the web site

There has been a number of bugs fixed (http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/whatsnew.html) since build 1013.

So can you retry with the latest build, V5.1.1016, and if that doesn't fix the problem we'll investigate the issue. In this case can you E-mail us your Zoom configuration file.
