Zoom Search in iPhone application

I'm thinking of developing an iPhone application which is basically a locally-residing version of a website with a built-in search function.

Any idea if the Javascript version of Zoom Search would work for the search function?

The iPhone claims to support Javascript. So it should work. But as we don't have a iPhone I can't test it.

Does the Zoom license specifically allow or preclude the commercial distribution of a program (ie. for iPhone) or CD/DVD that includes the use of Zoom Search/Javascript for end-users?

Thanks Ray. That's clear. No licensing issues as long as the index but not the indexer is distributed.
