Synonym dilema

Hello experts,

We really need to attach the Synonym "Copper Ten" to the phrase "Cat 6A".
As the Synonyms tool only allows singular words, is there any other way this can be achieved?

Have you considered using Recommended Links? If it is a few particular products / pages that you need to point to, this might be a decent solution. Recommended Links support phrases, so you can have it so that anyone who searches for "Copper Ten" will get directed to a particular page, etc.

I did consider using Recommended links, I thought that would be the next best thing. But as I am not using Titles for indexing, that option was not do-able.

Titles have been turned off for indexing intentionally due to how the sites (very old) CMS is configured.

I'm not sure why you think that not indexing Titles would affect Recommended Links?

There shouldn't be any issue that I can think of... you specify your own titles for any recommended link you create. It doesn't have to be the same title as the title on the page. Same with the description.
