PHP errors

Just got v6 and am happy with it. Had intentions of using cgi, but must now use PHP because am wanting to use FastCGI with nginx. Anyhow, upon conducting any search, I receive a slew of undefined offset errors on line 1491 in search.php as well as an undefined offset on line 413. What am I doing wrong?

Without know more I would think this is a corrupted or inconsistent set of index files. (e.g. a mix of V5 and V6 index files).
