Search Input String & wild card

1. I would like to search out pages that containing both String1 and String2, how can I input this into the search box? Is it " String1 & String2 " or "String1 and String2 " or "String1, String2 " ? Thx.

2. Except "*" and "?", any other more for the same kind of purpose? Thx.
