Upgrade to Professional

Just recently purchased the Standard version of Zoom Search Engine and so impressed I would like to use it on other website I manage.
How to I go about upgrading the Standard version to Professional.

I send two emails but as yet have had no reply so thought I should try here instead.

We answer all of our E-mail the same day we get it (our business day that is, which might be next day for you depending on the time zone).

After checking the person is entitled to an upgrade. We send out an upgrade URL upon request.

I could not find any incoming E-mail from anyone with your name.

I have send you a private message in these forums in any case with the details.
