Linked PDF files are corrupt

I have indexed pdf files successfully for a CD application, but when i click on a search result to download the pdf file, I get a corrupt file error and the file will not open in Acrobat. The DL'd files are only 13KB, while the original files on the CD are 700KB. Has anyone seen a problem like this? Thanks.

I assume you are reading the PDF from CD?
Check the files on the CD are correct from Windows Explorer.
Then clear the cache in IE and try again. I see stuff like this from time to time. If IE fails to fully load / download a file on one occasion, then the corrupt file gets stuck in the IE cache and remain wrong forever, until the cache is cleared.
