Zoom not indexing filenames

I have specified in the configuration > Indexing Options > What to index > Filename (is Checked)
But for some reason you can't search for a file or webpage based on the file name.

Many of my people know the filenames of the docs they are searching for such as "/somefolder/CCA.doc" but if they search for "CCA.doc" or "*CCA.doc" the result does not come up. What am I doing wrong? Am I misunderstanding the "What to index" option?

You might want to check your word rules ("Configure"->"Indexing options") and see if you have Dots allowed for joining words.

It might also be easiest if you can give us the URL to your search page and we can take a look. There's plenty of other possible reasons such as the fact that the DOC file you are looking for was never indexed.
