problem while indexing the page

Hi,

I have a page in wordpress that displays result using shortcodes in a tree structure, all the child nodes are having hyperlink to some website.
But, when i index it in zoom then in urllist.txt file i found a url of a single page only i.e the wordpress page.And zoom comes up with zero number of results :(.:(

Can you please help me where i am going wrong.

I assume this "shortcodes in a tree structure" is a Javascript navigation control?
