I can't even set it up!

Okay, I'm not a tech, but thought I could do this. I can't seem to get the zoom to even accept my file path. Are there no numbers for a new customer to get help?

But there is no phone support on Sat & Sunday however.

If you still have a problem, then post the log file into the forum here so we can see it. You can right click on the log in Zoom and copy it to the clipboard. Also a more detailed description of the problem would help.
