Highighting in specific layers?

Hi all -

i've jsut a simple question, but after trying several houres ithout success I wouldjust like to ask:

Is ist possible to get the highlighted search words just in specific layers.
Highlighting with "onload" in the body tags works fine, but also highlights menu entires (java script).
Configuration was set to just parse .htm/l files.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance for your help.

The script was written to highlight the search word text on all of the page.

If you want just bits of the page highlighted and other text excluded then you'll probably have to customise the script to suit your site.
