Is it possible to add to the search page the ability to search on the 'last modified' date or date range ?

It is technically possible but would be fair amount of work to implement in a user friendly fashion.

Sounds good... will there be a follow up here to let us know when its being added? or when the decision for implimentation is made?

Probably not. This post will be long burried by the time V5 is available. We have just completed V4.2, so maybe E-Mail us in about 2 months. We should know exactly what will be in V5 by then.
