Update recommended links only

I would like to only update the recommended links data and not reindex the whole site. I have zoom 5.1. I saw a post from 2008 that said it could not do that, but wondered if that feature has been added.

The post from 2008 is still correct.
You need to update the whole index to get new recommended links into the index.
