Adjusting space for Results per page

On IE but not Firefox, 'Results per page' displays butt-up against the Submit button and then breaks to the next line.

How do I ensure that Results per page displays on its own line before the Search box-button line on all browsers? I don't see anywhere to force a break.

The position of the form elements depends somewhat on the width of the window you are viewing them in.
