Hi,
I ran the indexer for the first time on my offline site.
Everything seemed to work right but it was very quick and it said it had indexed only about 50 files...there are hundreds on my site.

I tested the search page and it does bring back results but how do I know if pages are missing or everything was indexed properly?

I've done some more searches and have discovered that a lot of my pages are not coming up.

Where should I begin to correct this problem?

You may want to make sure that you have purchased your copy of Zoom. If you have more than 100 files, you'll need to get the Professional Version:

From my experience so far, it is well worth it.

Oh - Also, click on Configure --> Limits, and check the "Max Files to Scan". If you have already purchased the Pro version, you can set this limit to be as high as your computer's memory will allow.

Ahh yes...
I'm using the trial version right now but I certainly plan to purchase the pro version.

Makes sense that the trail would have a limit.
Thanks.

In addition to being able to index more pages with the Pro version, there are also some other advantages, like being able to index PDF & DOC files.

The full list of differences is here,

For other people who think files are being skipped or missed (and when it is not becuase of the 50 page free version limit) there are some FAQ questions on this subject here,
