With both Excel and Word, I am error with both. The plugin is sporadic of the 61 .doc files 56 errors did occur.
See from log below. Is this a configuration thing? Any help ?

First, make sure you have the latest build of Zoom installed (http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/whatsnew.html) and the latest versions of the DOC and XLS plugins (http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/plugins.html).
