I just want you guys to know how awesome of a job you guys are doing. We're currently using your search engine, and loving it. It's so powerful and flexible.
Best of all, your support is first-class. I've been tearing my hair out all morning trying to fix a server issue with IIS and cgi. Google had found your site, and out of the hundreds of things I had found and tried, it was the information in your FAQ that fixed my problems. Kudos for a job well done!
