Problem running program

When I puchased the program and updated it to the standard edition now once I try to index my site the program just disappears. Whenever I try go restart the program the same thing happens.

It could be a crash bug.

Can you E-mail us,

1) Your Zoom configuration file (xxxxx.zcfg). Save this from the file menu.

2) Details of your computer (O/S, RAM, etc..).

3) A log file (if you can). Instructions are here,

4) Which version of Zoom you are using. (From the about Window)
