Filenames have "#" in the title.

I have about 1200 documents that use the "#" in the title. I have indexed, but all filenames like that cannot be opened via the link. Any direction would be much appreciated. thanks

Can you supply more details.
What should the working URL be?
What was the actual URL that didn't work?
What settings did you use in Zoom?
Is you site online somehwere where we can have a look at it.
