My search results listed the items relate to keywords on the top of the list but it also listed other UNRELATED files that don't have the keyword. What should i do? Please see example below:

Seems to be working OK to me.

I looked at a bunch of random pages and found the search word, "horse" on all of them.

In some cases it it probably picking up the work from your navigation menu, when you have the text "HORSE EVALUATION".
