Search results for .doc include hidden text

I'm indexing Word documents that have hidden fields (such as table of contents or index information). It seems that this information is showing up in the Zoom search results. Does anyone know of a way to hide this stuff? Here's an example (note the red text):

We do not currently have any method of filtering out hidden text in Word documents from being indexed. We will add this to our list of things to investigate however.
