    Default Zoom 4.2v Stopped Indexing

    Our Zoom Search seems to have stopped indexing. Is there a log file that needs to be removed or something to reset it to start again?

    What O/S are you using? Did you install a service pack recently? If yes, then maybe it is the DEP problem.
    Is there an error message displayed? Can you describe the problem in more detail.
    Exactly which version of Zoom are you using?
