  • Only most recent search is logged

I've search for an answer to this on your site without luck. Forgive me if I should have been able to find the answer myself.

My site is indexed and searches seem to be working fine. I am trying to get the logging information on what searches have been performed and find that only the most recent one is retained.

    My site is http://www.MyPowerCouple.com
The log file lives in http://www.MyPowerCouple.com/logs/searchwords.log

If I perform a search (from http://www.mypowercouple.com/search.php) and then view the log, I will see my search as the only one. If I perform another seach, the first is "forgotten" and the second is the only one displayed.

I am using your script, located at http://www.mypowercouple.com/logs/report.php to report the searches that have been performed.

Thank you, in advance, for any help you may be able to supply.

    Wayne.

You are using an old patch release, 6.0.1003
    So you should upgrade 6.0.1017

But I don't remember having seen and fixed any problem like this. So the upgrade might not fix the problem. But it will fix many other bugs, so upgrade anyway.

If the problem persists, what version of PHP is running on the server?
Have you modified our PHP script in any way?

I will try to upgrade to the newer release.

I don't know what version of PHP is running on the server but I'll try to find out.

I have not modified your PHP script.

      Stay tuned.

Moving to the latest version of the php script seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for your help.
