    Default New window or not?

    Hi,

I've just purchased Zoom and I think it's brilliant!

I'm probably asking for the moon but what I would like is.....

Most pages to open in same window, but pages from one particular folder to open in a new window. Is this possible - either now or in the furture?

    Tegards,

    Tim

In the Zoom configuration window you can use the "Results linking" option to force all result links to open in a new window or a different frame.

But this is an all or nothing option.

If you want just a few results to open in a new window but the others to open in the same window, then you will probably need to edit the ASP or PHP script to somehow identify the special pages, and then add the HTML 'target' attribute to the 'a href' tag as required.

Example HTML to open a link in a new window.

Also, once you start modifying the script, we will no longer provide support for it. You will also need to re-apply the changes as we release new versions of the script.
