Default pdf file size limit troubleshooting

I keep getting the [WARNING] Could not download file: x.pdf (File size limit exceeded), and can't seem to figure out a solution.

I've gone to the limits configuration section and put in 10,000 kb, 20,000 kb, and even 50,000 kb for max file size indexed option, but to no avail.

Even went and double-checked local and remote file properties to see if there was something there causing the problem, but no.

The indexer is skipping pdf files as small as 1.3 MB. I have the latest search engine version.

    Any solution?

Maybe the server is reporting the wrong file size in the HTTP header.
What is the URL for the PDF file?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply and sorry mine took a while. I thought I had turned on auto-notify for thread replies, but guess not.

One example would be this file here: http://www.slcatlanta.org/Publications/FAGO/munibondsSLC.pdf

1.1 MB size but still getting this warning: "Could not download file: http://www.slcatlanta.org/Publications/FAGO/munibondsSLC.pdf (File size limit exceeded)"

    Thanks

I was not able to reproduce the problem here.
Can you save your Zoom configuration file (from the File menu) and E-Mail it to us.
