Hello, how long does it take these guys to answer a support email?
I have sent 3 emails now and have not gotten a reply. I has been over a week.
Are there any tricks to get them to answer?
Generally all E-mails are answered on the same day.
We don't have any E-mails in the queue to be answered at the moment. (Sun, 17th June, 8:20pm).
So either we didn't get your E-Mail, or we answered them, and the reply is sitting in your spam folder.
I have just forwarded the original messages to both your email address...
Nothing in my spam folder.

As noted in your duplicate post, I believe you have our domain name wrong.
It isn't @wernsoft.com it is @wrensoft.com
