    Hi

    I get the following error at the bottom of each page:
    ------------------------
    Unable to write to log file (D:\WWWRoot\ipswichhospital.net\www\search\logs\se archwords.log). Check that you have specified the correct log filename in your Indexer settings and that you have the required file permissions set.
    -------------------------

    I understand this is probably a permission problem on the server but I have turned turned the logging option OFF!

    Sure this should mean that the log file will not be written? Does having the indexing progress 'log' (in the program window) write to disk as well?

    You should only get that error if you have "Log the searches made on your site" enabled in the Configuration window, under the "Advanced" tab.

    If you have unchecked this option, note that you need to re-index and re-upload the search files for this change to take effect.

    This is not related to the "Status Log" (or the indexing progress log) in the Zoom Indexer application.
