  • MapAccents not set in the settings.js file

Whatever you check (on or off) the MapAccents variable of the settings.js file is always set to 1.
It's the same thing with Searchassubstring!

    Is that a bug?

We did not find any problem with these setting values. We have checked that they are specified accordingly.

Which options in the Configuration window are you changing, that would make you expect these settings to be different?

First of all, let me first note that the "settings.js" file is not expected to be modified by hand. All settings here are specified according to your configuration in the Zoom Indexer application.

Having said that, the "MapAccents" variable is 0 when you disable the accent/diacritic insensitivity options. "SearchAsSubstring" is 0 when you disable the "Substring match for all searches" option. We've checked this and it worked accordingly. Note that you need to re-index for changes like these to take effect.
