  • Stats Error?

When I try and generate the stats I get the following error message pop-up.

The logs are being generated and I have set the correct location.
    The permissions are set correctly.

    I'm using Zoom V6.

    Thanks.

Log file looks ok, no spaces or odd lines.

There might be hidden characters at the start of the file, this might happen if you opened and resaved the file using some editors.

Can you send us the log file for a closer look

I didn't have any problem with producing a report from your log file. You are obviously using a Mac for part of your work, so maybe that has something to do with the problem.

For example, maybe you Mac editor is inserting a byte order mark, corrupting the file.
