    Open your "setting" file in your serach folder you created for the indexed zoom files.

    $ZoomInfo = 1; Should be

    $ZoomInfo = 0;

      You can disable the Zoom information link in the Indexer configuration (under "Search Page").

      We do not recommend editing the "settings" file manually. There is a reason it says "WARNING: DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE" at the top. Changing this file risks breaking searching functionality as much of the data corresponds to changes in the other ZDAT files.

        One should never edit the files.

        But if you would like to change the name that is displayed.
        Back up the search which is in the web folder with the other zoom search files on the web server .
        Open the search With a txt viewer such as Textpad5

        Search for this info ---------->

        <a href="http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/" target="_blank"><b>Zoom Search Engine</b></a></small></p>

        --------------
        Now I did not have my Cgi up but it will work.
        For now you must replace any of the above with the same exact amount of bytes.

        An example 1 character is i byte .

        href="http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/" target="_blank"
        could be
        href="http://www.mybigsite.com/hello/longer/sech/a/"

        <b>Zoom Search Engine</b>
        coulb be
        SEAFAFAFAFAFAFAFAFAFAFaaa

        Aslong as some will is applied and you have a back up. You only have knowledge to gain.

          Don't follow the instructions above, you are just asking for problems doing this.

          And then later on when we release a patch, you will just have your changes overwritten in any case.

          If you want to change the text in the footer, then just edit the template file (search_template.html) and add your own footer. This is the purpose of the template file, to allow easy customisation of the result page.
