Need help...overwhelmed with "stuff" after registering!

Hello all,

OMG, I have about 20 e-mails I have to open yet to confirm this, that and the other...yikes!
I just installed the free zoom download too. From what little I have been able to see so far, this is quite intimadating. How do I even begin to streamline this mess. Nearly everything is telling me to buy stuff and I am starting to regret signing up now...
I can't even figure out how to use the zoom search engine. I've tried to find info on FAQ's and other areas online...good grief!

I looked up your E-mail address in our order database. You seem to have never made an order. So I assume this is a troll post.

After you purchase you get one E-Mail with a license key and instructions, and one with a receipt. We never send out anything else. So if you have 20 (unopened) E-mails then I would suggest they are from someone else. Maybe you should open them?

Thank you for helping me...no, I'm not a troll. Just a woman in her mid 50's, not exactly pute smart, trying to navigate through a ton/influx of stuff I'm unfamilar with...
No, I have not purchased anything online, but many of the e-mails are making suggestions to buy this, that or the other to earn zoombucks. I thought it was mainly based on making legit searches, taking surveys and sharing opinons to earn them.
I will follow all your instructions and hopefully I can ask more specific questions in the future. Bless your heart for your time

Unfortunately I have no idea what you are referring to. We don't send out any bulk E-mail. Don't know anything about surveys or sharing opinions to earn stuff. Sounds like a scam however.

Can you forward me a couple of the E-Mails so I know what you are talking about.
