  • Meta Tag Last-Modified date format is invalid

    How do I figure out which file it is talking about? I looked and can't seem to tell what is wrong because I am pretty sure all my last-modified dates are the same since I am using DNN. Here is an example of four lines in a row. Do you see a problem with it?

    1.DL Thread #10, got URL (http://www.ncsl.org/ncsl-in-dc/publications-and-resources/summary-of-rules-of-pocedure.aspx) off queue
    2.Index Thread got ready buffer for http://www.ncsl.org/ncsl-in-dc/publications-and-resources/former-state-legislators-in-congress.aspx (Content-type: HTML text)
    3.Downloading file http://www.ncsl.org/ncsl-in-dc/publications-and-resources/summary-of-rules-of-pocedure.aspx
    4.Error. Meta tag Last-Modified date format is invalid

    We agree that the error message is misleading as it is. We will have to fix this. It is actually associated with the NEXT "Indexing ..." line to appear after the error. E.g.

    Error. Meta tag Last-Modified date format is invalid
    Indexing http://www.ncsl.org/research/military-and-veterans-affairs/online-extra-veterans-mysterious-maladies-may-2.aspx
    If you go to that URL, you will see the following last-modified tag:

    http-equiv="Last-Modified" content="4/24/2008 12:00:00 AM">

    Which is in an incorrect format than the one specified in the manual, and as seen elsewhere on your site, which looks more like this:

    <meta http-equiv="Last-Modified" content="Wed, 15 Oct 2008 00:00:00">

      Great thanks for the help. We did change the calendar options but could not figure out what was going on. That helps a lot. Chris
