  • Has anyone used ZoomSearch with RoboHelp Server?

Hi. Has anyone used ZoomSearch with RoboHelp Server? My company is looking at RH server to gain some "advanced" publishing features for RoboHelp WebHelp output.

As you may already know, there are some users who use Zoom to replace the search functionality in RoboHelp. There are various threads on this if you search for "robohelp" on our website. Peter Grainge also has a website on this topic here but it's a bit out of date (not sure which version of RoboHelp it still applies to -- the Zoom descriptions are still accurate though):

We are not familiar with RoboHelp Server ourselves. From my brief understanding, it uses Apache Tomcat as the web server. So if you can enable PHP support in Apache Tomcat, then you can use the server-side PHP options of Zoom with your RoboHelp Server, I would imagine.
