It could be possible to set up a search for your database, but it depends on what you already have on your site, it might take a small amount of work to get started.

See the following FAQ, Q. How can I use Zoom to index my site stored in a database (eg. SQL, Access, etc.)?

Or put another way: you can search a database-driven web site with little effort. That is, a web site which uses a database (be it SQL, Access, or whatever) as the back-end.

But searching a database (that has no web site front-end to present the data) would require more effort.
