Indexing Wordpress Intranet on QNAP NAS

Hi I have been facing a couple of issues with indexing and the wordpress plugin on a wordpress installation.

The solution I am using is a TS 853 pro that is running a web server with virtual hosts. This means that my site is stored at NAS\web\site1 but the host is NAS/site1.

When indexing the site the spider mode is not working it doesn't find files to index at the url...

Using the offline option I can index the site and the search.php uploaded on NAS/site1/zoom works fine

When trying to use the wordpress plugin I set the directory to /zoom but from the page I only get: Error: Cannot locate directory with Zoom Index files.

Wordpress was installed with the "Discourage search engines from indexing this site" so as soon as this was changed the indexing went through fine
