  • PDF indexing works on Windows, not on Linux

Offline PDF indexing works quite well in my development environment (V7 build 1006 for Windows), but fails in the production environment (V7 buil 1003 for Linux). In the latter, I systematically get the following message for ALL pdf files :
[PDF plugin error] Error while converting PDF file. Exit code: 127
The pdf files production files are copies of the development files. They are accessible in read/write mode.
I would like to solve this problem before buying the pro licence !
The FAQ does not help me.
    Any idea ?

Do all your PDF files fail when indexing from Linux? Or only some?

If only some of your PDF files fail (presuming its the same ones each time), then can you provide us with a copy of some of these files via email.

If all of your PDF files are failing, let us know.

Please note too that both versions of Zoom you are using are out of date, and the latest can be found here:

      ALL PDF files failed.
However the problem was solved by installing the last version of Zoom for Linux (build 1007).
Thank you for your quick support.
